white lines

i turned on my mpc yestermorning and some white lines came up on the screen, they run through the contents in the screen, seems like it's giving out or messing up or something? i've had my mp turned on for about 15 minutes now and the lines have faded to the background but they're still there.. and they appear everytime i turn the machine on.

anybody know what this is about?

u need a new screen do a search on them.

yeah it means the screen is going out. You should be able to get by for a while, but it will get worse over time.
