mpc compatibility with akai s-1000/3000 files

is this possible to use these sample and sound cds and what is needed as far as cd reader, which has best compatibility.

The S1000 and S3000 format are essentially the same when it comes to the MPC reading them, which it can.

THe MPC just reads the sample data from the CDs (or HD's) not the keygroup/program/multi data.

I have about 60 sample CD's in Akai S1000 or S3000 format and the MPC has not had a problem in reading them.
