creating programs from sysex information

hello,
two part post:

1. can the mpc receive midi cc information into the parameters for the a/d/s/r of each mpc sampler module?

2. wanted to know if you can create programs with sysex information...
i'm writing software to interface with the mpc and i wanted to be able to compile a .pgm file so that i could load it in...

any help would be appreciated,

Said software exists already, is there is reason to make more? Maybe you can undercut and put him out of his misery, I mean, out of business.

yeah, i had looked into the adsr midi thing, but i was hoping that there was some hack/util/app out there that updated the os, etc.

i'll think about putting "him" out of business when i require less than 20 bux for an app i want to distribute! ;)
