PROBLEMS WITH THE OUTS ON MY TRITON AND MY MPC

the problem is that i cant hear the sounds of the triton when i hit the pads on my mpc but when i step time the keys from the triton i can see the the keys show up on the screen on the mpc so i know i have it midi'd up right. the other thing is that the main outs on the triton work like if i took the main outs of the triton and plug them into my mixer i cand hear the sounds but if i go from the outs of my triton to the in of the mpc then back out to the mixer i cant hear shit so i think that the other outs on my triton are broken or something or im just hooking it up wrong if this is the case im in california where can you get the triton fixed and if im hooking it up wwrong can someone please explain it to me thanks

the ins on the mpc is for sampling/monitoring so you would only hear something if you were trying to sample the triton.....you have to use the mixer for all of the outs!
