I want to sync my mpc 2000xl to sonar 3 so that when I arm the audio track in sonar and then hit record on my MPC 2000xl it starts recording what is being played by the mpc? Basically I don't want to have to to start recording in sonar and then have to play out the audio on the mpc because moving audio around to get it on beat is a pain. THanx..

yes this is possible, you can set it up so you hit record on sonar and the mpc starts on its own... you have to make the mpc the slave and sonar the master and have the right tempo on sonar for the beat you made in the mpc..
