Turning off a MPC 2000

This might be a dumb question but, can you just turn off a mpc 2000 from the back or do you have to do something to make it shutdown first.

You set yourself up for some smartass replies but...........yes.THere is no shutdown procedure.If you have an external zip turn off the mpc first then the zip.

yea you can turn it off from the back. thats the only power button i know about. but i would save my work first....get in the habit of that!!
