format .SEQ

hi friends, how could i save a sequence in the format .seq? i say it becouse when i want to save a sequence only i can do it in midi type 0 or midi type 1 but i need to save it in .SEQ

Saving a SINGLE sequence is MID.
Saving ALL sequences together in one file is ALL.

Also in xl manual, pg 156. Check the different file types.
