Hello Everyone,
I have the expanded output board for my MPC2000. This has the capability of pushing out 4 stereo (8 mono) tracks at a time. Let's say I want to push a song that has 6 tracks to a sound card with multi-track inputs... I can do it in 2 pushes.... the first time around I will push 4 tracks and the second time I will push 2 (for a total of 6 tracks).
The question I have is out to synchronize the second push with with what has already been recorded on my computer? I need all 6 tracks to be overlayed on my computer just as they were on my MPC. I've heard that you can use MIDI to this but I'm still having problems finding some good info. Does any one know how to do this or any websites that explains this process?
Thanks!
