Troubleshooting question? The Matrix Screen

I've had my Mpc 2000xl for about two years. Every once in a great while it goes into a screen with a bunch of numbers and shit. Theres no way I can figure out how to exit this screen. Is this common? Can you get out of this Matrix?

If it´s not that screen, you got a crash, you may use the newest (may 2001 lol) os update 1.14.

usually when i get that screen its b/c i got too much sounds on the MPC...maybe u shuld chek it out...peace
