Saving after using 16 levels

I've got a tight 4 bar loop goin that i want to save the only problem is to make it I used the 16 levels function on quite a few samples. Can I just save this as a regular program and a sequence to have it save properly or do I have to do something different in order to save the 16 level adjustments.

Nah... no difference. Whether you used the 16 level, NV slider, or even external knob and faders its all saved. You should be straight.
