midi problem with mpc cant figure out

i have a 2 bar drum loop looping with a 2 note 2 bar bassline it plays fine while playing in the sequence itself then i have a second sequence without the bassline but just the drum loop when i switch over to the second sequence and then back too the first which has the bassline the bassline cuts out on one beat equally durations on each note(2 notes one bar each 384) this same happens on the song mode when i have seq 1 then 2 then 1............has anyone a clue what the problem might be to fix this(i halfed the durations to experiment on each midi note and it seems to cut off exactly one beat each))

yea just to add on in song mode it will cuttout on the 1st sequence unlike being in the main screen where it will play perfect
