MPC 2000 (not XL) question

I just brought my MPC 2000 off of Ebay, and the MPC 2000 I got came with drum disk already. If I want to load the Drum sounds to different pad banks (example: top 4 pads with 808 sounds) How would I do that I have tried it the way the manuals says, but I am still having trouble.

Shift + program. then the assign tabs is F1 turn knob until sound name you desire shows up

You need to go into the newbie section and catch up. Just reading threads will teach you stuff around here....... just like with your manual.
