i would use edit/copy bars (f1 then f2) to copy from sequence 1 (or whatever) to sequence 2 (or whatever the next empty sequence is)
go to edit copy bars. on the left side of the screen tell it copy from start bar 2, copy thru 5 on the right tell it (be sure to set the source and dest sequences at the top) copy to dest bar 1 copies 1. hit do it and you are all set. now simply set this sequence to the same tempo as the other and BAM its alldone in like 4 clicks.

Highlite the value in the Bars: field and press open window. Press F5 (delete). It'll automatically delete the first bar. For future reference.... you can specify which bars to be delete by setting the value in the first bar and last bar field.
