Who can advise me the best way to transfer samples from PC to MPC?

On my s2000 I could just shoot them accross via SCSI....However, the MPC doesn't support this.....I have tried formating a zip on the MPC then inserting it into my zip connected to the PC. However, when I try to copy samples and programs accros I get the error....

"Please insert disk in to drive H:"

Has any one seen this before....?
How do I get around this guys ?

Im using XP...

Many problems have been noted with XP

I'm sure this has been talked about previously: check prev posts

If your XP drive has an NTFS file system, it wont read MPC discs.

Just format your disc in your PC and your MPC will read it fine and vice versa. Read the FAQs on the site as this will explain most things regarding this area.

I look like a bit of a dummy now....I read the FAQ and it looks like its XP..

I spent a few hours building up a new Win98 box, took the SCSI drive out of my XP box. Popped it in the 98 box formated the ZIPS put them in the MPC,,,all is good..,,,They will even read now under XP again.....

Was a bit of an painfull task though....Maybe I will get some sounds in my MPC soon,....
