Please Help, can anyone tell me how to send a digital signal from the mpc2000xl. I have the correct cables plugged in. Is there a window that I have to go to or what?

nope. this issue has been covered so many times here.
just seach for " digital + spdif "

the mpc wil always send a signal via the digital out, play with your recieving options. and remember the signal sent is only 44.1 not 48..
