you may be able to do it in track edit. the same function used to copy from sequence to same sequence.
Hit F2(edit) while on the track you want to copy.
You can(on left of screen) set the in and out time that you want to copy(if a whole 8 bar track, 1:01:00-9:01:00)
Now on right side it allows you to select a track and sequence destination and source.
(track 2 on sequence 3 to track 2 on sequence 4 could be an example).
Now I do not know if this copy function tranfers all data from that track but you may simply have to go and set a few things the same.
But for the most part this should get you there in a nutshell. Like I said, there should be an easier way but I don't know of it and this should do the trick.
If not, I'll retrace my steps because I am not in front of my MPC at the moment...
