I know this was answered here b4, cuz I saw it, but now I cannont find it to save my life.

How do you burn a cd from a pc that will load on the scsi cdrom of a 2000XL?

I basically want to free my HD space on my PC by moving a ton of samples onto cd-rom but I want them to be able to load and play via the scsi cdrom I got.

I roll:

P3 pc w. cd burner and tons of samples on hd
apple 300cd cdrom drive
all my gear is working right on, so how do I record a cd that the 2KXL will recognize? also can I use folders or not?

Just burn it like any standard data CD - I have the exact same CDROM as you and I have no problems. Folders are fine. Just burn the CD using the standard data burning feature of Nero, Easy CD etc - Joliet or ISO 9660 works fine.
