output board installation

Hi, just purchased the output board for the 2000xl, can anyone tell me how to install it thanks.

it didn't come with instructions? if not its pretty simple. Match up the 8 outs and spdif, and put screws where you see needed. in the manual it will tell you which slot on the board is for the 8-outs.

i have the board too and still havent got it installed and I've had it for four years. I cant get the plug to stay in the board it acts like its in when I power on the MPC when its still upside down.

But when I put it back flat and got the thing screwed back up the MPC does'nt act like the board is installed. I've pressed on the plug hoping to hear a snap sound confirming that the plug is on the board but I dont hear anything. So I just gave up after awhile because Im scared I might damage something.

I've followed the instructions I just cant get that plug to snap onto the board and actually stay there.

there should be clips on the side on the board, that hold the ribbon plug of the 8 outs to the board.

I'm also too paranoid about trying to screw with the mpc.

Right now trying to install the 8 outs and need step by step instructions... I did a search couldn't find it, anyone know where I could?
