Saving the parameters which I edit in my song

I have my arrangements all done, and enjoying playing them. I have gone into the program screen on my MPC 2000XL and began manipulating the sounds of pads by changing the filters, resonance, whether the pads are Mono, Poly or note off and also the tuning.

I just wanted to know why when I save the arrangement as an .ALL file, it doesn't save my edited parameters and it always resets them to zero when I come to open them once again.

May someone please explain where I am going wrong, should I be saving this as the PGM. HELP PLEASE
