Are you talking bout sunds & MIDI or MIDI only?
This is what Idofor MIDI...
I save the Seq from the Motif as MIDI file on a ZIP disk, then load the ZIP to computer so tht i can take the file off of it, then load the file on an MPC zip... tht's all! Seq is played fine.

Does it work smooth..i know the motif sequencing setup is so much different then the mpc.. The motif changes in section per song. What about that?

bout what?
tht's clear! on motif you rec/save MIDI either in Song or Patern mode, no?
so what's difficult to understand? If you have recorded in like Pattern1A & Pattern2A it will give you Seq1 & Seq2 on the MPC... same for the Song Mode on Motif... When you've store your MIDI work on Motif look @ the SMF screen it'll show you ALL your MIDI files...
...and BTW what is so different from MOTIF MIDI then MPC MIDI? you have to understand what MIDI is about...

Just wanted you to confirm thats all. I hate the motif es sequencer so thats good news to me that i can throw them shits in my mpc 2000. When you create on the mpc you get seq 1, 2, 3, etc...On the motif theres Pattern 1/sec A.B.C.D. Just was curious to know how the section got translated into the MPC dats all.. If your saying the section turn in seq 1,2,3,4 on the mpc, thats sweet...

...I may have overstated, hate is a strong word, but lets be realistic the mpc sequencer functions are a whole lot easier. I can tell straight of the back..Its the editing aspect.. Having to make sure every user phrase matches the other sections or else theres a timing difference. That alone has slowed me up during the creative process. I love the motif and maybe im just partial to the mpc cause its "hip hop" to me. I had the motif for over a year and no the basics about it, but i know its a beast machine once i get to manisfest it... Im in the process now of creating a template for the motif so everytime i go to work in my studio, the scheme for the mpc/motif in terms of track chanels will be the same..(snare on track 1/ kick on 2 etc..
