Loops with differing start and loop points in a sequence

Alright, I've had my mpc for years and believe it or not I haven't figured this out yet. I'll use a simple example: say I have a sample with a drum fill and a one bar drum loop at 90BPM that follows the fill. In the trim screen I set up the loop points so that once I hit the pad, it plays the fill first and then obviously loops the beat. Now my question is: how do I make it play the fill first and loop flawlessly in sequence mode? Obviously I've worked out ways around it, but none of them seem logical enough. And please no simple solutions like 'chop it,' I'm interested in this in the technical sense, too.

Ok. Let's say I chop the beginning part, what then? All I'm saying is this: What's the point of having a different starting point and a loop point (To) if you can't incorporate that into sequence mode?

Right now I'm working with a loop that has a 0.15 sec guitar chord that leads into the loop (i.e. the guitar starts off a little too early). I wanna record it in seq mode so that I get that chord and a perfect loop. It shouldn't be impossible (without trickery involved).
