beat to cd

ok, after a make a beat. How do i get it to my computer. I have a jazz drive hooked up. if i put it on the disk will it be in a format that my pc can read and burn it to cd that way, or do i have to actually let it play through and record it?

the only way I know is to use the stereo outs on your mpc..

i guess you can run a cable from the outs on the mpc to the input on your recording device....i use a pc and record into adobe audition..

Saving to a zip drive then uploading to a computer will not work. But like dude said above u can record straight to the computer using your outs. If you have the 8 outs option it will make tracking alot easier. I record my beats from the MPC to my VS-1680 and then from my VS-1680 into the computer to be burned to a cd.
