Crucial Conflict

Salute Brethren,
I followed you fine gentlemen's advice and copped an external zip through ebay (first purchase from the site). I also ordered the cable I needed as well. Everything was going great, until this evening. I cut on my MPC and as it was "loading" up, my screen read "SCSI Conflict on #6". What have I done wrong, I was on a roll and I hit another roadblock? I need you guys on this one.

mines did that too.......when i cut the cd rom off then turn it back on and try to load it goes away
