Is there a way to copy all tracks from a sequence to another sequence without doing it one by one.

cursor over to the sequence name> hit open window> copy

A good thing to practice is hitting the Open Window button on everything. You'll discover things you didn't know about before.

Yeah that does come in handy especially for those just starting out using their MPC2000XL.
