savin sequences to floppy disc on mpc 2000?

hey does any know how i can save my sequences to floppy disk on the mpc2000 ive read all there is in the manual but after i save my sequences then turn off and boot back up it doesnt load them back up? can anyone tell me the straightforward way of savin my work 2 floppy disc so i dont loose everything every time i turn it off??????????? would be very appreciated,thanx

If you HAVE actually saved the files to disk (that means going into the save screen and saving them to the floppy) then you just need to load the files from the floppy the next time you turn the mpc on.

when you save the sequences you MUST save the sounds as well. i think this is what you are talking about. this has happened to me quite a few times. only when going too fast.

btw floppies dont hold much so i would look into coppin a zip drive.
