MPC2000 to sync with MBOX???

hey yes i know im a newbie but i need a veterans answer lol. does anyone here know how to sync their mpc2000 with an MBOX. i tried and i almost got it but im doing something wrong...please help lol

Do you have midi in and midi out on the m-box you have. You need to post more information so people can help you.

No Midi on the M-box. You gotta get a midi interface then you can slave the MPC to PT.

unless you have the mbox 2, either way you still need to give more info

M-box 2 sucks ass. Still USB quite disappointing.

exactly i have the midi interface. i just need a step by step to get thsi to work. i almost had it. but i know i must have missed a step. please help. im using MBOX 1, with an iMac G4 1 GHZ 512 MB of ram and an MPC 2000.
