I had a simple question for the Mpc 2000

I had this problem, i tried to connect my mpc 2000 to my computer, so i can load and save from it. But the mpc does not flow, it gets freeze with the please wait message, when i connect it to the computer. do i need a program for my computer, whats the name¨. thanks

Unfortunately, YOU CANNOT CONNECT THE MPC2000 to the PC!!!

the only way to transfer files is if you use your floppy, zip or MCD, (CF, SD, cards etc) to and fro from ya pc to mpc. bare in mind when doing this do not name your files over 8chars.

btw way in future use the SEARCH function..to get simple answers...it will make your life dat so much easier...

You have to buy a scsi device for your computer very expensive then im sure you would run into compatiblity issues for days i have no idea what software or program you could use that would successfully allow you to access your harddrive from the mpc by scsi cable. I do believe i would be easier if you had a macintosh.

its not impossible but you would have to be a serious "EGGHEAD" to pull it off.
