Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I DONT THINK THERE IS ANY LIMITATION AS TO THE SIZE OF AN
EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE ON ANY MPC... I COULD BE WRONG THOUGH.

I think 9 gb was the limit for the 2kxl, that's what the people that sold me my hd told me (no reason for them to lie as selling a larger one is better for them), because the FAT format (unlike fat32 or ntfs) can't handle any larger.

For the regular 2k you're also limited to 26 partitions as there are only that much letters in the alphabet...

I think that on the 2kxl, you're also limited to 26 partitions. Mine is a 4.5 Gb harddisk.
