Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I have an MPC and am getting a Triton LE and am wondering how they interact together. Are they a good compliment to one another or do they do too much of the same thing? Do they just interact with MIDI and the MPC takes one shots from the Triton or is there a capability of taking complex arrangements from the Triton to work with the MPC? Can you play them both together and record on one sequence or the other. Is it all done through MIDI or another way to hook them up? Would a lesser product be better to work with the MPC? Do you still need a digital recorder to top off the whole process? Any insight is appreciated.
PEACE.

Well they do some of the same things. They both have sequencers and I think but am not sure if the LE has a sampler. I think it does. It's a toss up as to which is the better sampler, but the MPC is definately the better sequencer (IMHO). They compliment each other very well though. You have track mutes and stuff like that in the MPC and better over all sequencing options but you have RPPR, and keys and a synth with programable sounds.

They compliment each other very well. Feel happy, it's a nice combo. Feel better now? :D

Thanks JDF. And yes, I do feel a bit better now. Although still if anyone else wants to chime in, I am more than game to listen.
