MPC DISPLAY

Hi i just registered here and it looks great!

I been traveling a lot like 5 years allover with my mpc2000xl and now the display is getting in to bad shape... stripes all over and in few weeks totally broke i guess. do any of you have the same problem ?

If somebody knows to but a new display i would very much aprriciate to get more information. Whats the name of it etc...

hope to get some info need to get it repared asap.

yeah I got a replacement screen from VST its a good deal, I put it in myself not really hard at all VST is the way to go

Hey Cuby, contact me via PM, I`m from Germany and I talked to the German Akai-Service 2 Days ago. It´s possible to get parts from your local Dealer, they can order the display for you.

em i think you already know how to do it, but for the rest thats gonna switch your own screen, i have a tutorial on it, with the pics to guide you along
