is it possible 2 purge samples that aren't used in a sequnce?

I know its possible if they not in a program but in a sequence?

Sadly, no.

It would be a great option. You'd just load tons of samples and get rid of everything you didn't end up using. Would be even better if it sets the pad settings back to default for every cleared pad. That way if you load up something new on that pad, the pitch will be back to zero, filter up to 100, etc.
