outputing on mpc

just completed my first legitimate track, and I outputed the audio through the outs of the mpc into a music interface usb box to my mac....the sounds are nice and grimy, but I had a few questions...should i route the output of the mpc through a mixer and then to the interface? also how do u guys sychronize your audio whether it be coming out of your mpc or from another computer or wherever else?

What I do is mix it down and run the outs through a mackie board but I leave all the settings on the board at 12 o'clock. I then run the outs into the interface and track it on the computer. I then do all my eq'ing and effects on the comp. Some cat at Mars a while ago recommended that I do it that way. So far I have no complaints
