tascam us-428

I use a tascam us-428 to record into cubase. For some reason the us-428 is not transmitting the the fader or shuttle moves to cubase...everything else is working properly. Can anyone help?

this external usb controller/soundcard is very very bad..and wack, but thats not a answer on your Q

check the cubase isn't filtering the incomming data. go to midi filter settings, make sure control changes are set to pass.
