fat, fat16 , fat32 formating?

whats best way to format zip.. fat or fat 16 or fat 32?....
i know fat 32 is fastest but will it work with the mpc?
anyproblems with that?
don't wanna format em in the mpc any more do to transfer issues.

I recently discovered using FAT is the best way.I use the 2k and v.1.72 but it works for me.
