Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

First of all I save songs with ALL PGMS and ALL SEQ AND SONG files. For some reason on some songs when I go to load them up, the loop function in the trim screen is turned on, on say the hat and the snare. It's an easy fix, but I can't figure why some sounds load up this way when I didn't save them that way. Any suggestions?

That happens to me sometimes when I use MPC Editor and save mpc2kxl programs for my 2kxl, why I don't know.

Never seen or heard of this issue luckily.

I was thinking about it though, you may want to really double check dem samples in the TRIM screen before you even begin working on yo beatz.

Just verify wheter or not if the samples themselves have been embedded / saved with the LOOP function on by another user.

For example, I got 1 Kit that I MUST alwayz go in and TURN off the LOOP on function due to evidently how the samples were originally saved by the previous producer that owned the samples.

Not sure if that made since, but what i did was go in there and Turn LOOP off on all the SAMPLES in that PGM and Re-Saved them.

Just a thought, my nicca.

I have had this happen to me if they are bought samples or a sample pack they might have been made with a loop messauge on them. I have a pack that i bought that the loops are looped as well as my single shot samples. Just a thought. load the samples in soundforge or something it should tell you if there is a loop message attached to the samples.
