mpc 2000 card reader question

ey, i bought a mcd drive and installed it on my 2xl a while back but i just copped a regular 2000 for dirt cheap,i couldnt pass it up. i was wondering if the 2000 is capable of using the card readers too so i could go ahead and order one.(while the mpc 2k is in the mail).
i tried searchin the forum but im at work,kinda limited how long i can be on.any help would be appreciated,thanks

Try other searches, like Google. Type: MPC card reader. The result is sooooooo popular, that you could even hit "I'm feeling lucky" which takes you to the first search result, flaunting the use of your (my) search word prowess.

While I always suggest using the less-than-friendly search here, I always search elsewhere first (less likely to get annoying pop-ups and ads).
