sequencing/song mode question

yeah, so I've sampled a record and chopped two parts put one part in sequence 1 the other in sequence 2.So their both looping at different tempos.
But when I wanna put them together in song mode, I have to go through the agonizing process of adjusting the tempo for both parts, or else it won't loop properly.

Does anyone have any tips or ideas that can help make this process less time consuming?

you can timestretch one of the samples to get the same tempo of the other sample...look at lampdogs links and their will be a timestretch calculator so you can figure out how much you gotta do it. peace.
