What would be the best way to transfer sounds on your PC to an MPC w/ internal zip drive.

Would I have to get an external zip drive for my computer and just save the sounds from my computer to the external zip drive then load the sounds from that zip disk onto my MPC?

Yes - although the cheaper option would be to get an interal IDE zip for your PC - but you'll need a spare IDE port for this. Then again, USB zips are pretty cheap these days.

You could also create a disc image and load off cd rom. But the zip is the way forward.

I have 250mb internal zip drives on both, PC and MPC2kxl. Works fine for me. Easy swap of files.. No sweat..
