Two questions if you please. :)

I was wondering. I saw the remix video put out by Prosound and I saw the remixer on there using the MPC2000XL. He did something that I wondered how to do. He was changing the programs from his sound mod's from patch to patch with the menu wheel on the Akai. I was wondering how he did that, and how to set it up?

My second question is, how would I go about setting up a sample from one of my Akai pads to play on all 61 keys of my controller?

TO ANSWER YOUR FIRST QUESTION HE WAS USING THE PROGRAM BANK LOCATED ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF YOUR MAIN SCREEN. THIS BANK BEGINS AT 00 AND GOES UP TO 127 (GM BANK) MIDI MODULE PRESETS ARE IN BANKS USUALLY/UNIVERSALLY BEGINING AT 00 & ENDING AT 127
NOT SAYING THAT MIDI MODULES ONLY HAVE 128 PRESETS ONLY THAT EACH BANK HAS UP TO 128 PRESETS. BANK ONE (EX) SYNTH ONE 001(2),BANK TWO GRAND KEYZ 127(4)
IN BOTH CASES THE THREE DIGIT CODES BEING THE PRESET IDENTITY THE ONES I PUT IN PARENTHESIS THE BANK NUMBER (0-4)

ALTHOUGH THE GUY YOU SEEN ON THE DEMO USED HIS JOG WHEEL TO DO HIS PROGRAM CHANGES WHAT YOU COULDN'T KNOW WAS USING THE JOG WHEEL HE ONLY HAS ACCESS TO 128 PATCHES(00-127)
THE OPTION TO CHANGE YOUR BANKS ARE NOT PRESENT IN THE MPC.

aS TO YOUR SECOND QUESTION A SHORTER ANSWER. GO INTO YOUR PROGRAM MENU SELECT THE DRUM PROGRAM THAT HAS YOUR SAMPLE IN IT. TAP THE KEY/SAMPLE TO SELECT WHICH SAMPLE YOUR GOING TO PROCESS. AND LAST STEP HIT AUTO, DO IT AN TA DA!
