Access virus/Indigo OS 6 update

I have a problem with updating my access indigo OS. I downloaded the new OS from internet but i cant load it into my MPC2000xl.

i ve trided 2 ways but they dont work.
1 download the hole OS : error file to big.
2 download the OS in chuncks : unknow error while downloading from zip.

has anyone have the same problem?

Are they sysex files? In My experience the MPC doesn't deal with heavy sysex files too well.
There are plenty freeware sysex librarians you can get for your computer that'll be able to transfer the files easier.

they are *.mid files so i guess thats midi files.
and they are 49 kb.

i dont know how to get these files in my access indigo.
i dont have a software sequencer and i dont know how to connect my access to my pc because i dont have a midi out on my pc.

Is there something like a USB to MIDI cable?

cause my access has no usb only midi in/out.

If it's a midi file then it contains system exclusive data. Midi has very limited bandwidth which means sometimes it cannot shove a lot of data down the cables. System exclusive data is usually quite dense data-wise. One suggestion is to try the bit by bit approach ie. the small files and use a slower tempo on the Midi file. So the Data is transmitting at a lower rate.

A computer transfer is much better at sysex stuff.
