ALL CAPS IS NOT NEEDED
Where is the cord going out from the L and R mono outs going?
A mixer? If so, ground the mixer.
Soundcard? If so, ground the soundcard.

Try this:
Turn off your MPC
Is the hum still there?
Unplug your MPC
Is the hum still there?
