no sound coming out from the 2xl

i was going to continue working on a beat today and when i loaded the song up, no sound. tryed with a diffrent song, same problem. then i tryed to load just a sample and se if i could get a sound out of that but it was the same thing. if this has happend to anyone let me know cuz im stuck right now.

Check your Audio Routing. Then come back with info.

Sounds like the outputs could be busted...
Does the headphone out still work? or the 8 outs?
Ifso, it's the stereo out that's busted.
If u hear no sound at all... send it to a repair shop...

no sound coming out from the headphones or the stereo out. i dont have the 8outs. i guess ill have to send it, problem is that i live in sweden and dont know where to send it.

Are there any music stores near you? If so they may have some knowlegde on fixing it. If not hit up akai to find a dealer near you.

it could be your volume pot is busted. thats not a hard thing to replace yourself.

yeah ill have to look into that on monday. we got an akai dealer in my town, got a screen from them 3 weeks ago.

hmm, maybe? i didnt ewen think of it. they dont cost much so ill try that first. thnx.

Try going into your trim screen first to see if you even have any samples loaded. If you get sound from the trim screen, and no sound from Main Screen, then you program is just screwed up. You can fix that....

naww man, its not just that simple, i mean i tryed it all, diffrent songs, i tryed sampling thru the ins and i get a signal in but no sound out. thnx anyway
