some sounds wont save

When i save my beats..i works great.mostly,but sopmetimes it get stuck on one sound and then it says "disc read error" ..thats when i save "all programs and sounds" i tryed just saving that particular sound but i wont work.what could be wrong`?

This is usually caused by one or two things. At least these are the causes thru my own experiences.

1) bad floppy/zip

2) you ran out of zip space.

Oh yeah

3) trying load a sample which is not 16 bit.
