Which zip drives are compatible with the xl_

My zip drive (100mb iomega) **** up.
wanna buy a new external drive, with probably more capacity,
which can also read my 100mb disks.
which ones fit to the xl. experiences any1?

and yes, i want a zip, so pleez, dont tell me to get a card reader.

You lookin to go internal or external for the Zip drive ? The 100MB and 250MB ZIP drives will work in the 2kxl (internal and external) You can find them on eBay all day long. Keep in mind that with the 2kxl, you have two options if you go internal; ATAPI or SCSI. I'd recommend going ATAPI.

250mb disks work on 250mb drives...

And 100Mb disks will work on the Zip 250.

I didn't think Iomega came out with an external SCSI Zip 250? :shock:

I have an Iomega 250MB External W/4 250mb zip disks

I bought it with my MPC for 150 total.


I went MCD...so ill sell it yo you.
