how do guys do remixes on your mpc?

your given only the acapella.. and its up to you to come up with a beat that hopefully fits that acapella......

whats the best and most efficient steps i should take to remixing a track...

i can never get it right.... so can someone help me...?

wouldnt workin with the people who gave you the acapella to craft a beat to be your best bet?
ive never done any songs for anyone but meself but it would be shame to spend all the time making a beat and have the people your makin it for/with not dig it..

I'm new to this too, but it usually helps to know the original BPM of the track. That's where I start, still working on getting the other parts right.

I did a lot of remix battles in other forums, I learne to listen a lot to the original version, so you can feel the hype and whats happening in the chorus.

I first sync the BPM and thats really all make a beat and play the accapella on my pc...and then hear if its gonna fit..
