I just bought a MPC2000XL-MCD (i'll get it later this week, being shipped at the moment). I was just wondering what size and manufacturer is the best for Compact Flash cards to use with it. I figured I'd pick up a few this weekend for the hell of it.
Also a few more things. I have a Motif 6, i figured I'd hook it up via MIDI, and then the MPC MIDI's could run to my E-MU1212M card. Now I figured the best way to do this is to make the MPC the master and my Motif the slave, correct? Just seems to make more sense to me that way.
Anyways, thanks for your replies, i'm sure you all will see me on here A LOT in the near future (once the thing shows up). Great community you got goin on here.
