i'll have it in like 2 days..

but i'm jus wondering, about sampling... like i have a midi yamaha psr292 keyboard, i also have some really old ass tunrtable wit some old vinyl, can i hook those up to the 2000xl, would it even be worth hookin up this old tunrtable ? .. cause i would only be sampling and i heard that if you get a nice needle than the quality wont even be that bad, sorry i dont kno much about it cause i dont have it yet .... anywayz

1. Buy a mixer.....nothing expensive- a cheapsh1t gemini will do
2. Hook up the outputs of the turntable and keyboard into the mixer's 1st line and phono channel inputs
3. Hook up the mixer's rca output into the MPC inputs
4. Hook up the MPC's output to the mixer's 2nd channel rca line input

If all you're doing is sampling then all you need is what you've got so far...no need to break the bank on a 12' if you aint a dj.....
Also, if you dont know, make sure to get a decent atapi/ide internal zip drive and them there 32 mb which you can get at any computer store for cheap, mane, yow mean?

That won't work, you need something with phono pre-amps. The quality of the turntable is not that important though, as long as it makes sound you can sample from it.
