SAVING PROBLEM~Zip Disk

I have a 250mb built in zip drive on my mpc and ever since i put it in ive been saving on 250mb disks with no problems.

I recently started using the 100mb disks in my 250mb drive and everything saves fine but it takes forever! I saved 50mb worth of samples and it took almost 15 min.

Any one experience this before? Any help would be great.

Zip is the worst media. That never happened to me, when I had the 250, but I wouldn't put it past those drives. My suggestion is to upgrade to a card reader.

yeah im a bit of a minimalist though...i see what your sayin though I jsut dont kno why its doin this...maybe the drves goin bad
