Sample/Looping help needed

Im looking for some help with sampling/looping, etc, when i sample something, with vocals, How do i make it so that when i do a sequence, the vocals dont repeat repetively? its a bit hard to explain what i mean sorry

Trim screen, loop screen, LOOP:OFF
or you might mean
Program screen, press the pad, params screen, NOTE OFF

Are you trying to loop a sample but not the vocals that are also in the same sample ?

ptsr yes your kinda of right, im trying to loop a sample that has vocals in it, but i dont want to repeat continiously in a short space of time, sorry if im not explaining it properly its difficults, is there any way also to stop the sample from kinda of stuttering after each bar
