Connecting to the Triton Studio HD via SCSI/2000xl

Since OS 2 has been released for the Triton Studio, the internal HD of the TS can be hooked up in TARGET mode so that it can be read by a computer. I am just curious if anyone here with a 2000xl has tried hooking it up to the MPC so it can be read by the MPC as an external HD. I'm doubting it would work but I figured I'd ask for success stories before knocking my brains out trying to get it to work.
